LyricSurge Records LLC EIN 65-1295391 was incorporated October 31, 2006, as a New York state limited liability corporation registered for the purpose of recording, promoting, distributing and selling music locally and internationally. The brainchild of Jamaicans Wayne D. Russell and Raphael A. Logan, LyricSurge was conceptualized as the answer for struggling musicians. It is our intent to assist beginners in the music and entertainment industry to gain access to the expertise in technology along with the skill set necessary to bring lyrics and musical compositions together for a professional production. Management Team

The Company is being managed by directors Raphael Logan and Wayne Russell.
